1, 背景：客人还是要跟上一单同样的产品，只是数量总是不能凑成整柜，都是一个柜多一点，要么两个柜多一点。我们又不知道他每个bungalow的所需产品的数量，所以只能跟客人说一下按excel表格的功能去调整数量，来凑整柜比较好。Customer’s email---- Hi Vian,

Reply to customer----Hello xxxxx,
In the attachment, you will find 2 files. One is the total value for this quantity, the other is the deposit.
It takes about 2 weeks in production. The total net weight is about 27.91 tons. So it needs a FCL (full container load) and a LCL (Loose container load). Will you reduce or add the quantity to make FCL. (You can load about 20 tons of goods for a FCL).
By the way, the function of the spreadsheet can help you adjust the quantity. For example when you change the quantity the weight will be changed accordingly.
